Booking your winter wedding hair and makeup in advance gives us time for a trial and personalised preparation. We’ll review your skin and hair, test products, and refine your look so it feels comfortable, enduring, and completely you. This preparation ensures your style remains elegant and confident throughout your day, whatever the winter weather brings.

A £500 minimum spend is required on popular dates (not including trial or travel). There is a 30% deposit on booking.

For any more than 6 services (3 hair +3 makeup) a second artist will be required. This will be an additional £100. Travel costs may apply.

FAQs

Winter weddings often mean colder, drier air, less natural light, more indoor time. So I use more hydrating skincare, long-wear / waterproof products, and tweak the makeup look to work in softer or artificial lighting.
I often have more flexibility for off-peak, midweek winter weddings. Please get in touch if you are a bride only booking.
As with any wedding, earlier is better. Winter weddings are becoming more popular, so securing your date as soon as possible helps.
It doesn’t have to. Good lighting is key. I’ll advise you on how to prep (skincare, moisturising), on colours and products that work well under indoor and low light, and hairstyles that withstand wind or damp. We plan for those conditions.
Hydration is key. Regular moisturising and gentle treatments before your wedding day will keep your skin radiant and your hair manageable. During the trial, we’ll review products and techniques that work best for winter conditions.
Yes. For elopements and bride-only bookings, I’m happy to offer flexibility on the usual minimum spend of £500. This means smaller celebrations and midweek weddings can still enjoy my full bridal hair and makeup services, with the same attention to detail and natural, timeless results.
